Cancellation Policy

Reserved appointments require a 4-hour advanced notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Without a 4-hour advanced notice, you are charged for the full cost of the service(s). Bridal Services require a 48 -hour advanced notice to avoid this charge.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available. Please contact the location of your choice. Gift certificates are valid only at the issuing location.

Kama’aina – 20% Kama’aina discount on all services and products with valid Hawaii State ID (Excluding Bridal Services and Discounted Packages)

Mahalo Card - 10% discount off individual spa services to Mahalo Card holders. Discount not available on Salon services or already discounted packages.

Spa Tips

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to request a male or female therapist; however please do so when booking your appointment.

Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following session.
